Shipping & Returns Terms

Shipping conditions

• Shipping within Germany: 2–3 working days
• Shipping within the EU: 3–7 working days
• Shipping costs: These will be specified during the order process.
• Shipping provider: DHL, DPD or similar providers

Returns & Cancellations

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The deadline begins upon receipt of the goods.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement by email to info@monde-des-fleurs.de .
• The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• Products that have been individually personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• Opened or used cosmetic products (if in stock).
• Preserved roses that are returned damaged for hygienic or aesthetic reasons.
