You are welcome to return the rose arrangements to us. If the package remains unopened, we will cover the return shipping costs and assume the risk of damage during return shipping. However, once the product is removed from its shipping-optimized packaging, you will be responsible for the direct return shipping costs of €7 and the risk of damage.
