General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop Monde des Fleurs of the company AZ Imperia, Asternweg 1, 71642 Ludwigsburg, Germany.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer. The purchase agreement is concluded when the customer submits the order and we confirm it by email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during the order process.

5th delivery

Delivery within Germany and the EU is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days from receipt of payment.

6. Payment

The shop offers various payment methods, e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna and – if activated – cryptocurrencies.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details regarding withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy .

9. Returns

In the event of a return, the customer bears the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Place of jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Ludwigsburg.
